Job Title: Transfer Pricing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our Transfer Pricing practice.This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing strong technical skills in international tax and transfer pricing. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate's growth and development within the field.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD guidelines, and relevant regulations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Support benchmarking studies using global databases to provide valuable insights for clients.Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities.Assist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables, showcasing expertise in transfer pricing documentation.Research UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments to stay up-to-date on industry trends.Support client presentations, proposals, and reports, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders.Work closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagements, leveraging collaborative skills to drive project success.Maintain accurate working papers and project documentation, adhering to best practices in record-keeping and reporting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome).Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.Good communication and report-writing skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining focus on quality deliverables.Eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing, with a willingness to adapt to new situations and challenges.What We Offer:Structured training and continuous learning opportunities to develop technical skills and advance knowledge in transfer pricing.Exposure to high-quality TP and international tax engagements, providing valuable experience and networking opportunities.Growth in a leading tax advisory environment, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Collaborative and supportive team culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
