About This Role:We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with India business hours.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in an ATS or CRM system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.Preferred:Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
