Position: Chief Manager/ AVP – Group Pricing.

Location: Mumbai


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Utilize financial analysis and market research techniques to assess pricing strategies and profitability for group insurance products.
  • Support the development of group products through comprehensive benchmarking analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and price insurance products effectively.
  • Produce regular pricing forecasts and conduct profitability assessments.
  • Deliver pricing analyses that include insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive pricing strategies for various group products by identifying actions that enhance sales values, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure business retention and acquisition efforts are successful.
  • Engage with Business Heads to discuss sales strategies, explore business opportunities, and provide updates and solutions.
  • Handle pricing for credit life quotes, conduct experience analyses, recommend course corrections, and negotiate with reinsurers while setting up a system.

Facilitate process sign-offs with partners, develop strategies with the sales team to boost credit life business, and collaborate with the product team to continuously adapt products to market needs.
