Position: Chief Manager/ AVP – Group Pricing.Location: Mumbai
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Utilize financial analysis and market research techniques to assess pricing strategies and profitability for group insurance products.Support the development of group products through comprehensive benchmarking analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and price insurance products effectively.Produce regular pricing forecasts and conduct profitability assessments.Deliver pricing analyses that include insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.Drive pricing strategies for various group products by identifying actions that enhance sales values, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure business retention and acquisition efforts are successful.Engage with Business Heads to discuss sales strategies, explore business opportunities, and provide updates and solutions.Handle pricing for credit life quotes, conduct experience analyses, recommend course corrections, and negotiate with reinsurers while setting up a system.Facilitate process sign-offs with partners, develop strategies with the sales team to boost credit life business, and collaborate with the product team to continuously adapt products to market needs.
