Our platform integrates market entry strategy, brand and marketing management, compliance oversight, channel optimization, logistics, fulfilment, and advanced store management technology, enabling brands to thrive in new markets through omnichannel growth.Role OverviewLead and scale the Home Appliances category at OppDoor, managing end-to-end brandlifecycle—from onboarding promising global brands to achieving sustained growth in internationalmarkets. This includes driving assortment expansion, optimizing underperforming SKUs, iteratingbased on market insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize brandperformance.Key Responsibilities:1. Act as the key partner for global Home Appliances brands seeking expansion across India,GCC, and SEA markets.2. Build and manage an exclusive portfolio of 5–10 Home Appliance brands, ensuring strongbrand alignment and growth potential.3. Drive post-launch scaling by:● Expanding SKU assortment using performance insights and customer demand trends.● Optimizing assortment by phasing out underperforming SKUs and refining pricing andpositioning strategies.● Collaborating with brand partners to enhance packaging, content, and supply chain efficiency.● Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to implementhigh-impact growth initiatives.4. Strengthen eCommerce presence for partner brands and identify opportunities in relevantoffline channels.5. Ensure profitable and sustainable growth through effective margin management and focuson GMV contribution.Experience & Skills Required:1) 8+ years of work experience, with 4+ in offline retail/eCommerce and at least 4+ years in the HAcategory preferred.2) Deep understanding of HA specific consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing andsupplier network3) Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.4) Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.5) Proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, ops, tech, and analytics.
