As an experienced legal professional, you will play a crucial role in managing procurement contracts from end-to-end, including drafting, vetting, and negotiating IT/software licensing agreements, MSAs, EULAs, NDAs, Statements of Work, and Intercompany agreements.You will provide general advisory services and identify contractual, commercial, operational risks, and exposures in contracts. You will also provide legal support for ongoing CLM tool activities and participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors throughout the contracting process.Key responsibilities include:Negotiation of contract terms and conditionsLeading Contract Management activities, including providing advice on contracts, analyzing risks and issues, and recommending resolutionsAdvising various functions within the organization on employee-related matters, vendors, and other aspectsParticipating in internal projects of the organization and the legal departmentA strong understanding of Corporate and Commercial Laws, including Company law, Labor Laws, and Competition Act, is essential. With considerable maturity required, this role demands expertise in Indian and International laws.
