Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in advertising /experiential marketing

A candidate who can oversee the growth and maintenance of a company's customer base. Someone who can develop and implement strategies that will attract new clients and retain existing ones, while ensuring that customer needs are being met and exceeded.

Someone who has a strong understanding of the market and industry in which the company operates, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


Responsibilities:

  • To develop and to implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
  • To identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's customer base. Conduct market research and analyse customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • To collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that the company's offerings offerings meet customer needs.
  • To manage a team of professionals responsible for business development and client servicing.
  • Creating and implementing marketing plans to promote the company's products and services.
  • Reporting on business development and client servicing activities to senior management.
