Recognized by NASSCOM, Forbes, ET, Niti Aayog, and Bill Gates Foundation, our 12-year journey reflects impactful innovation in the agricultural sector.The job description is as follows:Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with lender partners, including Banks, NBFCs, and FintechsDriving business volumes through each lending partner and monitoring monthly revenue MISEnsuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines for approvals and disbursementsManaging the entire lifecycle of lead assignment, approval, disbursal, and post-sanction processes with each lending partnerLiaising with internal teams to align on product launches and fulfill lender requirements.Handling large datasets and preparing detailed reports to derive actionable business insights.Manage portfolio quality by driving collections activities- tele calling and on ground field collections.Education & Experience:Masters’ degree in Finance, business administration from reputed institutes8+ years of experience in partnerships and account management in the SME lending space.Proven track record of managing lender relationships in Fintech or digital banking.Leadership Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, farmers, and traders.Strong Collaboration and team building skills.Strategic Thinking along with a Problem-Solving Attitude with the ability to synthesize large data and draw insights.Domain Knowledge:Strong understanding of Banking, NBFC and Fintech lending models.Knowledge of secured/unsecured loan products, underwriting processes and credit policies.Experience managing relationships with financial institutions.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements for lending operations.Join DeHaat and contribute to the transformation of agriculture in India Apply now to be a part of our mission to support farmers and drive sustainable agricultural practices.
