Job Title: Support Services ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Support Services Expert to provide top-notch technical support to our clients. As a Support Services Expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems to our engineering team.You will engage with clients via phone, email, or live chat to provide level 1/2 support on our products.You will lead and manage incidents to resolution, adhering to incident severity standards and escalating unresolved incidents to Tier 3 when necessary.You will work closely with our engineering departments to relay technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in DevOps support, programming languages (preferably shell scripting), testing and maintaining software products, cloud computing (Kubernetes, Docker, YAML files), and providing technical support to global clients. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also essential.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer incidents through conducting preliminary assessment to product or system issues.Debug and track until resolution by analyzing the source of the issue and its impact on hardware, network, and storage resources.Support cloud solutions, App installs, release updates & upgrade, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.Address bugs and escalate to engineering check code and verify accuracy, testability, functionality, and efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent software engineering discipline.3 years of experience with DevOps support and experience in programming languages (preferred shell scripting).1 year of experience testing and maintaining software products.1 year of experience in cloud computing Kubernetes, Docker, YAML files…etc.Experience in providing technical support to Global clients.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
