We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to drive the growth and performance of Airtel Finance’s products. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for the business numbers of assigned products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. The role requires a strategic mindset and strong execution skills to influence the entire marketing funnel—from awareness and consideration to conversion and advocacy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, driving experimentation, and optimizing business metrics to meet aggressive growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Business Ownership:

  • Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:

  • Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.

Business Planning & Projections:

  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.

Key Business Metrics Ownership:

  • Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:

  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.

Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.


Skills & Experience Required:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
