
Manager of Customer Success

We are hiring a dynamic Customer Success Manager to enhance client satisfaction and connect talent with opportunities.
Job Description or Responsibilities as follows:
- Generate new leads for training programs, follow up, and convert them into participants.
- Meet the monthly target of aspirants required to run batches for the courses.
- Onboard and guide new clients through our training programs, while understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Proactively engage with clients to monitor progress and address any challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise training programs and deliver maximum value.
- Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the sales team to grow business with existing clients.
- Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics.
𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship
- Skills in training coordination and conference planning
- Expertise in onboarding and supporting customers
