Our Vision is to deliver high-quality technology products and deliver our commitment through continual improvement and customer focus.Main Purpose:The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading, managing, and driving sales within a specific region. The RSM will oversee the performance of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Engineers, ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the companys overall growth strategy.Reporting To: National Sales ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesRegional Sales ManagementDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and objectivesMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunitiesTeam LeadershipManage, mentor, and guide Key Account Managers and Sales Engineers and the team in the regionConduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team effectiveness.Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the teamClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retentionSupport the team in handling high-value clients and resolving escalated issues effectivelySales Strategy ExecutionCollaborate with the senior management team to align regional sales initiatives with organizational goals.Provide market intelligence and insights to refine strategies and optimize offerings.Ensure adherence to pricing policies, terms, and conditionsShould adapt various processes like; sales process, territory planning, forecasting, and adding new customersOperational Excellence:Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for the region.Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers, Supply Chain Team and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution of the Purchase Orders and Delivery.Travel 50% - 70% of your office time.Qualifications/ Skills:Proven experience as a Regional Sales manager handling big accounts in the domestic market8+ years experience in sales & key account management and handling a team and regional account managementStrong understanding of sales processes and account management.Graduation with the ability to understand technical requirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong communicator (verbal & written) and a good negotiatorAnalytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Skills & AbilitiesProven leadership and team management skillsCollaboration / Team working skillsCustomer / Client focusProactive & FlexiblePersonal Effectiveness / CredibilityPresentation SkillsResults & Time orientedMarket Segment needs to be handled - Industry/Automotive/Metering/MedicalSalary and Employee BenefitsIndustry Best Salary,With Medical & Accidental & Term Life InsuranceIncentives -Quarterly/Annual IncentiveStatutory Benefits -EPFO, Gratuity etc.Working Days -Mon to FridayPlease send your resume to or or Contact/WhatsApp us on or or visit  to apply.Visit us
