Proposal Development Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and writing high-quality proposals, as well as lead the end-to-end development of responses for various opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and write customized proposals showcasing value proposition and differentiators.Analyze client requirements and develop clear and persuasive narratives.Craft technical, operational, and commercial sections, including executive summaries and methodologies.Integrate win themes and solution design elements from delivery and technology teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with leaders and SMEs across PV Operations, Literature Surveillance, Aggregate Reporting, Signal Management, Technology, and Compliance.Coordinate with finance, contracts, and project management offices to ensure accuracy of budgets and timelines.Content Management & Quality Assurance:Maintain and continuously improve a central proposal content library with standardized responses.Ensure all proposal documents adhere to quality standards.Review and edit content for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client instructions.Strategic Support:Support the development of win strategies by analyzing competitive landscapes.Participate in post-submission debriefs and incorporate feedback to strengthen future submissions.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, English, Communications, or Business Administration.5–8 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or business development within pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences services.Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, regulatory writing, or related compliance services.Benefits:Exposure to global RFPs from top pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.A dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.The chance to contribute to initiatives that strengthen leadership in patient safety, compliance, and technology-driven pharmacovigilance.
