Overview


We are seeking an experienced Product Head to lead our product strategy and execution. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch—ensuring that products align with company goals and market demands. You will manage cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and advocate for the product both internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Product Vision and Roadmap:

  • Develop a clear product vision and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact.


Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the full product development cycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into effective products.
  • Manage product iterations informed by user feedback and performance metrics.


Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support for cohesive product messaging and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment of goals and deliverables through effective cross-department communication.


Stakeholder Engagement and Management:

  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and performance to executive leadership.
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine product offerings.


Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Adapt product positioning based on market insights.


Financial Oversight and Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the product budget for optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams on revenue forecasting and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor profitability and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance practices for product excellence.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
