Job Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product Engineering (PE) to lead our engineering team in developing non-oxide ceramics for amor application. As the PE Head, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, managing projects, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.


Key Responsibility Areas

Execution

  • Lead and oversee the product engineering team, providing strategic direction and technical expertise in the development of composite materials and products.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in composites.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Manage the entire design process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide expert reviews on designing for manufacturability of materials.
  • Solution development for Production problems related to manufacturing of materials.
  • Provide countermeasure and action plan for customer complaints and production issues.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize product performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product design and engineering processes to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet organizational goals and customer requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to composite materials.

B. Tech Material Science. Advance Technical Non-Oxide Ceramics (from tier 2 institute)
