Job Title: Women's Health Sales SpecialistLocation: Work-from-Home (Remote)Job Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionNutritionist Misha is a leading women's wellness brand specializing in evidence-based nutrition programs designed to improve hormonal health, lifestyle, and well-being.We are looking for a skilled sales specialist to conduct consultative Zoom sessions with prospective clients who have shown interest in our hormonal nutrition program.This is an advisory sales role where you will work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, presenting suitable program options and guiding them to make confident decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled Zoom consultations daily with interested prospectsUnderstand client needs without providing medical advicePresent suitable program options and guide clients to make informed decisionsMaintain complete CRM notes, follow-ups, and documentation within 24 hoursFollow approved scripts, pricing guidelines, and maintain compliance with privacy protocolsCollaborate with the Marketing and Client Success teams to enhance client experienceRequirementsStrong verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)Prior experience in consultative or inside sales preferably in health, wellness, coaching, or education sectorsConfident on camera and comfortable conducting structured online consultationsProfessional conduct, empathy, and respect for client confidentialityReliable home-office setup: quiet workspace, 25 Mbps+ internet, HD webcam, headsetConsistent, self-motivated, and open to coachingBenefitsFixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000Additional performance incentives based on successful client conversionsGrowth opportunities: eligibility for Senior Sales Specialist / Team Lead roles after probation and consistent KPI performanceInterview ProcessThe interview process includes three stages:1. Short telephonic screening (10–12 minutes)2. Zoom role-play (discovery + objection handling)3. Final interview with the Sales Manager
