**Performance Marketer Role Overview**We're seeking a talented Performance Marketer to help us craft and execute cutting-edge Paid Advertising campaigns and strategies.This role offers the opportunity to work with our innovative team, creating and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, conducting A/B testing and ROI optimization, implementing programmatic advertising campaigns, exploring new digital channels, and collaborating with the content team.Key Responsibilities:Create & optimize campaigns across multiple digital platforms AdWords (Search, Display, Shopping, Pmax), YouTube.Conduct A/B testing & ROI optimization.Implement programmatic advertising campaigns.Explore new digital channels & media (blog networks, native advertising).Collaborate with the content team & provide data insights.Develop compelling ad copy, test, and optimize campaigns.Set up & optimize Google Analytics goals & tracking/conversion pixels.Analyze extensive reporting & data based on key metrics.Requirements:You must have a deep understanding and passion for paid advertising and the web. Additionally, you should have experience in at least two of the following areas:At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software.Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).Experience with remarketing/retargeting campaigns and display advertising.Benefits:We value teamwork and prefer candidates who use 'we' instead of 'I'.
