About the Role: We are looking for Campaign Analyst (US Region) who will be primarily involved in planning and executing multiple aspects of marketing automation campaigns for the respective client's loyalty and CRM initiatives. This role is for a enterprise client based out of United States. The candidate must understand the basics of marketing automation especially in loyalty and CRM space for B2C industry and should have good exposure to some tools used for planning, activating and monitoring campaigns at large scale. Responsibilities: CRM & Loyalty Support in the execution of the annual CRM & Loyalty calendar, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation. Coordinate across front-end and back-end systems and with all relevant vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels (App, Website, POS, and other touchpoints). Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives. Partner with the CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns Ensure the timely rollout of customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels) for loyalty campaigns and promotions. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics. Understand and leverage system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows. Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launch Data analysis and presentations Understand Data and Insights and Share relevant reports on a timely basis Conduct data analysis, trending and reporting as per the requirements Qualifications Engineering graduates only - Preference to graduates from IIT, NIT and similar top institutes Willing to work during US operational hours 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brands Prior experience in handling CRM campaign activities for US clients is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written). Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance. Already experienced in handling multiple campaign and data tools and keen to learn new tools quickly if required Preference to those who are currently residing in US or Canada Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
