They should possess expertise in managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration and compliance. Furthermore, they should have a track record of successfully implementing engagement or culture programs with measurable impact.Key responsibilities include:Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and offboarding experiencesOrganize and manage engagement, recognition and culture initiativesAddress and resolve employee queries and concernsContribute to fostering an inclusive, transparent and highly engaged work environmentOther duties involve continuously enhancing HR tools, overseeing employee data and lifecycle updates, and enforcing internal policies regarding company assets and data management. The successful candidate will excel at people analytics and demonstrate a growth mindset.
