The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing both pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client engagement.Conduct pre-sales activities such as client meetings, product presentations, and travel itinerary consultations.Manage post-sales follow-ups, including customer support, feedback collection, and repeat business initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and market insights to refine strategies.Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to expand brand presence.Key Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor travel solutions accordingly.Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Interested?
