We’re hiring top-performing Sales Development Representatives, not beginners.If you’ve already built pipeline through high-effort cold calling and outbound campaigns for US mid-market clients, this role is for you.About the role:This is a target-driven outbound position where performance matters most. You’ll be engaging decision-makers across IT, Manufacturing, HR, and Marketing industries — driving qualified meetings through persistence, strong communication, and smart outreach.What you’ll do:Run high-volume cold calling campaigns for US-based mid-market accountsExecute outbound strategies across calls, email, and LinkedInBuild early-stage relationships and book qualified meetingsWork closely with the sales team to refine outreach and messagingWhat we expect:2–3 years of proven B2B SDR experience (mandatory)Hands-on experience running heavy cold calling campaignsExperience with US-based prospects and time zonesStrong track record of hitting or exceeding targetsEnergy, resilience, and a genuine love for outboundCompensation: ₹5–6 LPA fixed + performance bonus (OTE ₹7–9 LPA)Rewards are directly tied to results — if you consistently deliver, you’ll earn well.Who should apply:Only experienced SDRs with a performance recordPeople who thrive on targets, numbers, and accountabilityHigh-energy professionals who’ve done this before and want to keep winningIf you’re a top performer who loves outbound, this is your kind of role.
