We are looking for a **Customer Support and Sales Specialist** to join our team You will be the key point of contact for our customers, handling queries and driving sales across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and sales queries through WhatsApp, email, and Instagram chats in a timely and professional manner.
Order Management: Coordinate with the internal team to place new orders and ensure accurate order processing.
Lead Management: Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide an exceptional customer experience by resolving issues, answering product-related questions, and assisting with post-sales support.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of customer orders.

Requirements :
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Previous experience in customer support or sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sales.
