About Our Client
Our client is a leading global player in the entertainment sector
Job Description
Prepare & manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other related documentation
Provide technical guidance to users, administrators, management, auditors, external parties etc. as required and resolve
critical issues
Manager IP related compliances, data privacy as well as international compliances
Assist the functional teams in adhering to all the statutory and regulatory requirements and monitor their compliance
performance.
Implement internal monitoring & control systems to ensure adherence to the compliance framework
Publish monthly compliance report to leadership showing compliance status of submissions and approvals done in
the tool; proactively identify & highlight risk areas with proposed solutions for risk mitigation
Assess the impact of amendment/guidelines/new laws along with the functions and necessary changes are done in the
compliance tool along with the functions
Conduct risk based assessments on processes in order to better determine areas of focus for internal controls.
Evaluating the design effectiveness of internal control processes.
Conduct compliance testing of areas that pose high regulatory risks
Publish stress testing report along with observations and remediation plan. Follow up with users on remediation plan
and provide assistance (if required)
Identifying and working on new areas of compliances
The Successful Applicant
You should be either a CS or LLB with at-least 10 years of experience handling compliances including labour law compliance and compliance tools. You must also have exposure to international compliances, data privacy and intellectual property. You should have good communication and stakeholder management skills
