Business Development DirectorOur team is a professional organization with extensive experience in the field of childhood education. We provide a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally.This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.The Business Development Director will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and create business collaterals.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related field, along with proven experience in sales and client relationship management, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to identify market trends and customer needs, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, team player and ability to work independently with remote team members effectively, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, knowledge of the education industry and early childhood development is a plus, experience with CRM software.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and create business collaterals.Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related field.Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to identify market trends and customer needs.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Team player and ability to work independently with remote team members effectively.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Knowledge of the education industry and early childhood development is a plus.Experience with CRM software.
