You can learn more about us at www.indevia.com.TrainerThe Process Excellence Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on Root Cause Analysis, Process Refreshers, New Hire training, Shadow Buddy, and other continuous improvement methodologies. The role aims to build a highly effective standardized culture of operational excellence across teams and functions. The selected candidate will be managing the SPOC’s coordination for dedicated brands for operations-related training and lead the training initiatives to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.📌 Job Title: Process Excellence Trainer🎯 Role Summary Drive operational excellence by designing and delivering training programs focused on accounting processes, onboarding, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA). Own the 90-day onboarding journey and collaborate across departments to ensure training effectiveness and business alignment.🔑 Key Responsibilities Manage the SPOCS to deliver training: new hire, process refreshers, Root Cause Analysis for errors and work with the SPOCS to conduct process refreshers and project-based sessions.
