About the Role:This is a senior-level position within our organization that focuses on strategic account management. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Upselling: Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to higher-value telecom plans, premium features, or advanced solutions that meet their evolving needs.Cross-Selling: Promote complementary telecom services such as data packages, cloud solutions, VoIP, and managed services to existing customers.Customer Engagement: Build trust through proactive communication, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions that add value.Market Analysis: Monitor customer usage patterns and industry trends to design targeted offers and campaigns for upselling and cross-selling.Collaboration: Work closely with operations, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of upgraded or additional services.Performance Tracking: Measure success through KPIs such as revenue growth, customer retention, and conversion rates for upsell/cross-sell initiatives.Requirements:We are seeking individuals who possess strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills.
