Operations Manager Job DescriptionThis is a high-responsibility leadership role for someone who can manage staff, solve problems, and ensure all businesses run smoothly without constant supervision.The ideal candidate should have exceptional English skills, strong leadership and decision-making, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations for rentals, claims, repairs, and workshop activitiesEnsure timely customer service, booking fulfilment, and fleet utilisationOversee claims handling and insurer communicationMonitor and review workshop jobs, parts, and repair qualityLead internal teams in India & AustraliaMonitor KPIs, task completion, and staff disciplineResolve staffing issues, performance gaps, and operational bottlenecksReview daily performance numbers, pending claims, bookings and expensesApprove invoices, workshop bills, and supplier paymentsPrepare and submit reports directly to the business ownerBuild and implement SOPs across rentals, claims, workshopImprove efficiencies and reduce operational costsIntroduce new systems, tools, and workflow automationAttend management meetingsAct as the bridge between the owner and teamsTake responsibility for sensitive and confidential mattersKey qualifications include 5+ years of experience in operations management, automotive, fleet, insurance, logistics or service industry experience preferred, and experience managing teams of 10+ people.The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, highly responsible and mature, loyal and trustworthy, with an ownership mindset and the ability to act independently.How to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a short cover letter explaining your operational experience, leadership background, and why you are the ideal candidate for this multi-business operations role.
