Job TitleA Senior Operations Leader - AI Engineering is needed to spearhead the transition to Agentic Operations at our organization.Shape and execute the operating model for a successful AO adoption.Collaborate with COOs and CFOs to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost reduction through AO-driven efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise AO Strategy & DesignDevelop an AO operating model that aligns with our strategic goals.Execute the AO roadmap to transition large-scale operations from Digital Operations to Agentic Operations.Partner with COOs and CFOs to deliver AO's contribution to segment Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), margin expansion, and revenue per headcount.Delivery Readiness & Client SuccessLead the AO readiness accelerator to re-architect skills, responsibilities, and workflows.Drive AO-led delivery efficiency and business outcomes in designated accounts.Integrate Agentic solutions into delivery frameworks, ensuring seamless delivery in hybrid models (human + AI workforce) with consistent client experience and value realization.Change LeadershipLead the Change Management function to drive mindset, process, and culture shifts across our organization and client ecosystems.Collaborate with Global Delivery Center (GDC) leads to integrate AO into scaled delivery hubs.Customer Experience & ValueOversight of the Agentic Customer Experience (ACE) function to ensure adoption frameworks drive measurable value for clients.Track and report outcomes across delivery excellence (Stability + Client Outcomes), efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.Requirements:Extensive experience in large-scale operations leadership (BPO, Technology, Consulting, or SaaS Ops).Proven track record of leading operating model transformations at enterprise scale.Strong understanding of AI/Automation, hybrid workforce models, and digital operations.Benefits:Opportunity to lead AI-first transformation and build scalable AI solutions.Professional growth and development opportunities in a dynamic work environment.
