The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, as well as excellent leadership skills to guide the project team.The selected individual will be responsible for leading the project team, creating project documents, and guiding the technical build process. In addition, the candidate will need to possess excellent knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, and Account Reconciliation would be an added advantage.
