Financial Insights LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive financial excellence through robust reporting and visualization tools. This key role will support financial planning and analysis processes, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain reports using HTML and OfficeConnect tools; Design and manage dashboards for Adaptive Planning.Develop and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports; Create dynamic visualizations and serve as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning.Partner with business functions to provide financial analysis and decision support; Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.Apply strong accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creation.Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Attributes:Experience supporting multiple business functions in a corporate environment.Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.Competencies & Soft Skills:Strong knowledge of metadata and its role in reporting and dashboarding models.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial analysis with business goals.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills.Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to pivot quickly.Communication: Clear and concise in presenting complex financial data.Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement and automation.
