Job Description:To drive financial excellence and operational efficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, you will lead and manage a high-performing team ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. You will collaborate with various departments to achieve service delivery excellence and drive automation and process improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities include leading and managing AP and AR teams, defining and implementing process KPIs and SLAs, collaborating with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams, driving automation and process improvement initiatives, overseeing invoice processing and vendor payments, ensuring timely vendor reconciliations, monitoring AP aging and managing payment cycles, supervising collections and cash application processes, resolving customer disputes and ensuring accurate account reconciliations, supporting credit risk management, ensuring adherence to internal controls and company policies, supporting statutory and internal audits, and preparing periodic reports on AP/AR performance.Required Skills and Qualifications:For this role, we are seeking candidates with a CA or CMA qualification or an MBA (Finance) degree. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in finance operations is required, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role in a shared services or multinational environment. You should have strong knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools, familiarity with Indian tax laws and global accounting standards, and experience in Shared Service centers overseas is an added advantage.
