Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Leader to support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service excellence, and foster strong internal and external relationships.This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational success while aligning with organizational goals.Main Responsibilities:Oversight of day-to-day hotel operations and support to the General Manager in all operational matters.Assignment of duties to Heads of Departments (HODs) and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.Serving as the hotel's Public Relations representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.Monitoring guest feedback across platforms such as Guest Assistance, Expedia, and Engine, and driving the service recovery process.Ensuring full compliance with all operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.Resolution of guest complaints promptly and implementation of effective service recovery strategies.Maintenance of accurate records including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, AR aging reports, direct billing, etc.Fostering owner loyalty through proactive communication and by delivering consistent business results.Assistance to the General Manager in addressing key property issues, including capital projects, guest services, and refurbishments.Building strong relationships with hotel staff, department heads, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency and execution of special events.Conducting regular audits on par stock to ensure all necessary hotel supplies are adequately stocked.Ensuring effective and timely communication regarding hotel policies and procedures.Availability 24/7 to respond to any guest or staff emergencies.Collaboration with the sales team for corporate client handling and new client acquisition as needed.Performance of any other duties as assigned by the General Manager or senior management.
