We’re Hiring: System Architect – Generative AI

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced System Architect – Generative AI to lead architecture design, guide engineering teams, and define the technical vision for enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership, ensuring delivery excellence in a client-facing, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design scalable systems spanning React + TypeScript front-ends, FastAPI microservices, Python-based business logic, Azure data layers, and OpenAI API integrations.
  • Define Standards: Establish interface contracts, event flows, observability, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • AI Safety & Governance: Implement prompt validation, abuse mitigation, and PII safeguards for GPT-4o-class models.
  • RAG & LLM Strategy: Lead retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline optimization, embeddings, and vector database strategies.
  • Execution Leadership: Oversee delivery through Jira, backlog refinement, and WBS planning.
  • Quality & DevOps: Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Pytest, Jest, Playwright), and SIT/UAT processes.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 12+ years in SaaS/data platform architecture, including 5+ years in architectural leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in LLM-powered solutions (RAG, multi-agent orchestration).
  • Strong technical background in React, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python 3.11+, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure PaaS (Blob, Functions, ADF, AKS, ACR) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
  • Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, vector stores, Delta Lake, and observability tools.
  • Strong communication skills to present trade-offs, align technical direction with business milestones, and lead distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Hands-on exposure to Azure OpenAI enterprise deployments.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and threat modeling practices.
