We’re Hiring: System Architect – Generative AI Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) About the Role We are seeking an experienced System Architect – Generative AI to lead architecture design, guide engineering teams, and define the technical vision for enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership , ensuring delivery excellence in a client-facing, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design scalable systems spanning React + Type Script front-ends, Fast API microservices, Python-based business logic, Azure data layers, and Open AI API integrations . Define Standards: Establish interface contracts, event flows, observability, security, and compliance frameworks . AI Safety & Governance: Implement prompt validation, abuse mitigation, and PII safeguards for GPT-4o-class models. RAG & LLM Strategy: Lead retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline optimization, embeddings, and vector database strategies . Execution Leadership: Oversee delivery through Jira, backlog refinement, and WBS planning . Quality & Dev Ops: Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Pytest, Jest, Playwright), and SIT/UAT processes . Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 10–15 engineers , conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders . Required Skills & Expertise 12+ years in Saa S/data platform architecture, including 5+ years in architectural leadership roles. Proven expertise in LLM-powered solutions (RAG, multi-agent orchestration). Strong technical background in React, Type Script, Fast API, Python 3.11+, REST/Graph QL APIs . Advanced knowledge of Azure Paa S (Blob, Functions, ADF, AKS, ACR) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep). Solid understanding of SQL/No SQL databases, vector stores, Delta Lake, and observability tools . Strong communication skills to present trade-offs, align technical direction with business milestones, and lead distributed teams . Nice to Have Experience in financial services or other regulated industries . Hands-on exposure to Azure Open AI enterprise deployments . Familiarity with Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and threat modeling practices .
