We are on the lookout for strong AI Architects with the following skills. Job Title: AI Architect Experience: 10+ years Location: Bengaluru Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-driven AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI. The role requires expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, MLOps, and Gen AI technologies, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a thought leader, mentor teams, and establish AI best practices across the organization. Responsibilities: Architect, design, and oversee enterprise-grade Generative AI and AI/ML solutions. Define AI strategy, reference architectures, and best practices. Evaluate and implement Generative AI models (LLMs, SLMs). Develop and Integrate Gen AI solutions for chatbots, document summarization, code generation, personalization, and automation use cases. Select and deploy AI/Gen AI platforms and tools (e.g., Open AI, Lang Chain, Lag Graph, Semantic Kernel, RAG frameworks, ). Establish standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance. Ensure AI/Gen AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and compliant. Collaborate with engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Drive innovation by staying updated with Gen AI trends and emerging technologies. Mentor and guide teams in AI/ML and Gen AI solution design. Requirements: 10+ years of IT experience with experience in AI design and architecture. Expertise in ML/DL frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Keras). Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Gen AI tools/frameworks (Lang Chain, Hugging Face, Open AI APIs). Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring. Knowledge of big data ecosystems and data engineering. Understanding of data security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
