We are looking for an AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. You will define architectures, guide teams, and build scalable systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and advanced MLOps practices. Experience: 12 – 15 Years Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road Key Responsibilities Design and own end-to-end AI/Gen AI solution architectures for complex business problems. Lead the development and integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agentic frameworks. Provide thought leadership on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization. Architect data pipelines, vector databases, and APIs for seamless system integration. Drive best practices in MLOps/LLMOps, security, governance, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with product owners, engineering, and business teams to align solutions with objectives. Mentor and grow AI engineers, encouraging innovation and continuous learning. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related discipline. 12–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture or solution leadership. Hands-on expertise in Python, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and Generative AI platforms (e.g., GPT-4, LLa MA, Claude). Experience with agentic frameworks (Lang Chain, Auto Gen, Crew AI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and hybrid search architectures. Strong experience in MLOps/LLMOps (MLflow, Azure ML, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven ability to manage stakeholders, guide teams, and deliver secure, compliant AI solutions.
