Employment Type: Contractual


Locations of Posting (1 position per Block):

Blocks in Jharkhand - Musabani, Dumaria, Gurabandha

Blocks in Odisha - Kamakhyanagar, Parjang, Kankadahada


Reporting Relationship: Block ICDS Coordinator--->Project Officer--->Project Manager


Key Deliverables:

  • Planning and ensuring timely implementation of ICDS initiatives at the block level
  • Develop a monthly plan for ICDS through ECCE methods
  • Orientation of Anganwadi workers and mothers monitoring committee
  • Capacity building of GPCMs on the ICDS program
  • Rapport building Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, PRIs CDPO, and related stakeholders
  • Managing data and report of block level
  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the ICDS program
  • Any other deliverables required by the program
  • Qualification- Graduate; experience in Rural Development is desired, and at least 1-year experience website advertisement by the recruiting agency


Minimum Qualification: Graduation


Work experience in years: Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in ICDS and ECCE-related works and activities.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and data management
