What you'll own
Own product & tech strategy: build the web + mobile product roadmap (MVP → scale).
Build and lead a small engineering team; drive architecture, CI/CD, cloud ops and security.
Ship customer-facing features: booking & payments, itinerary builder, psychometric assessments, content/LMS delivery, user profiles and dashboards.
Build integrations: payment gateways (Stripe/Razorpay), calendar & travel APIs, Zoom/meeting tools, CRM & analytics.
Drive operational excellence: automate ops, SLAs, vendor portals, reporting and dashboards.
Be the technical voice in investor pitches and partner meetings — create demos, MVP prototypes and technical sections of pitch decks.
Work closely with Founders on GTM, pricing logic, and product-market fit.
Must-have
3+ years building product startups / platforms (full-stack + DevOps experience).
Strong frontend + backend experience (React/Next, React Native/Flutter or equivalent; Node.js/Django/Go).
Cloud + infra: AWS/GCP experience, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab), monitoring.
Experience integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs.
Comfortable building demos & pitching tech to investors/partners.
Strong operations mindset — process, automation, vendor & SLA management.
Founder/owner mentality, high ownership, excellent communication.

Nice to have
Experience with LMS, psychometric tools, bookings/OTA workflows, dynamic pricing.
Prior early-stage/co-founder experience and equity literacy.
