Senior Staff Accountant
Job Responsibilities
·      Reports to Assistant Controller
·      Records and processes daily financial transactions, including bank transactions, for all entities.
·      Investigates and resolves found discrepancies in a timely manner.
·      Assists in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
·      Supports assistant controller in the preparation of standard journal entries and simple account reconciliations as part of the month-end process.
·      Open to direction and mentoring by a senior team member.
·      Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification is a plus
·      2+ years experience in financial reporting and month-end close (GAAP)
·      Fluency in English
·      Willingness to work US Central Time hours
·      Proficiency in QBO, Excel
·      Experience in Open Dental (Preferred)
Skills
·      Detail-Oriented, with understanding of basic accounting principles.
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·      Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
