Senior Staff AccountantJob Responsibilities·

Reports to Assistant Controller·

Records and processes daily financial transactions, including bank transactions, for all entities.·

Investigates and resolves found discrepancies in a timely manner.·

Assists in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.·

Supports assistant controller in the preparation of standard journal entries and simple account reconciliations as part of the month-end process.·

Open to direction and mentoring by a senior team member.·

Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications·

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification is a plus·

2+ years experience in financial reporting and month-end close (GAAP)·

Fluency in English·

Willingness to work US Central Time hours·

Proficiency in QBO, Excel·

Experience in Open Dental (Preferred)Skills·

Detail-Oriented, with understanding of basic accounting principles.·

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.·

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
