Senior Regional Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regional Operations Manager to lead our business operations in Varanasi.Key Responsibilities:Business Loan Management: Manage secured business loans for the designated region to ensure timely disbursement and optimal revenue growth.Leadership and Guidance: Guide and facilitate Cluster and Area Managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective regions, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.Performance Targets: Ensure overall revenue targets are met for the region on a monthly basis, aligning with approved performance metrics.Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth from various sources, including processing fees, cross-selling, and yield optimization.Profitability Management: Ensure profitability targets are met for all products within the assigned region, maintaining a positive branch scorecard.Branch Network Expansion: Identify potential markets and initiate branch network expansion through strategic planning and market analysis.Innovation and Strategy: Develop new strategies to explore untapped markets, generate revenue from emerging opportunities, and launch new products post-consultation with Business Heads.Sales and Distribution Strategy: Formulate sales, distribution, and disbursement strategies for the region, ensuring seamless execution.Customer Engagement: Conduct regular reviews of all cases in the assigned region to understand customer profiles and ensure effective sourcing.
