Senior Marketing Manager - Performance OptimizationWe are seeking an accomplished marketing professional to spearhead performance optimization efforts for our direct-to-consumer brand in Mumbai.About the Role:The successful candidate will develop and execute a robust performance marketing strategy, drive business growth through data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.Main Responsibilities:Design and own a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across geographies.Deliver targeted ROI/ROAS goals and manage performance marketing P&L.Lead a team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.Create automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends.Enhance conversions by analyzing relevant search terms using tools like Helium and targeting relevant audiences.Partner with Amazon to create competitive Joint Business Plans and DSPs.Analyze competitor strategies and marketing benchmarks, conduct market research for new product ideas and category trends.Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory planners, brand marketers, and supply chain teams to improve customer satisfaction.Key Requirements:At least 4 years of experience in Amazon advertising (AMS).Experience in owning the Amazon marketing P&L.Preference for experience in the baby category.About You:You should have excellent analytical skills, be able to interpret complex data sets, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
