Core Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management - Align dispatches to achieve sales targets. Monitor service value cost and improve margins.

2. Customer Satisfaction - Improve NPS by ensuring timely dispatches and service levels.

3. Working Capital & Financial Efficiency - Manage receivables, reduce AR days, control Opex. Interact with AD banks for forex and export documentation.

4. Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure strict EXIM, FEMA, and statutory compliance. Manage risk across international commercial operations.

5. Digital Transformation - Drive digital initiatives to improve process efficiency.

6. People Management - Lead and develop a 5-member specialized team.


Candidate Profile

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: 8–10 years in export commercial processes, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder engagement.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Sales target adherence.
  • Gross margin optimization.
  • Reduction in AR days.
  • Cost efficiency (SVC, Opex).
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS, dispatch adherence).
