The role involves end-to-end campaign management, including trafficking, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and performance optimization.The role involves overseeing campaign setup, monitoring performance, maximizing yield, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.Requirements5–8 years of proven experience in digital Ad Operations or Campaign ManagementStrong knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM/DFP), DV360, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads ManagerExpertise in optimizing campaigns and working with metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPCVSolid analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify revenue opportunitiesExcellent communication skills for cross-team and client coordinationExperience in e-commerce, catalog websites, or publisher-side ad ops preferredGoogle certifications (GAM, Google Ads, Digital Marketing) are a plusResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end campaign setup and optimization across Google Ad Manager, DV360, Google Ads, and social platformsLead ad trafficking: creative uploads, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth deliveryOptimize campaigns toward KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPCV) to drive revenue and user engagementWork closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with catalog promotions, launches, and seasonal salesConduct yield optimization to maximize ad revenue and inventory utilizationTrack pacing, delivery, and performance metrics to ensure 100% campaign deliveryPrepare weekly/monthly reports and provide strategic recommendations for performance improvementStay up to date with industry trends, ad tech tools, and programmatic advertising practicesJoin us to turn campaigns into success stories and make your mark on one of the fastest-growing tech media platforms.
