Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, strategy, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.🔸Strategic Client Engagement:Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading pitches, closing key accounts, and delivering innovative campaign solutions.🔸Network Expansion:Leverage and expand a robust advertiser network across India, with strong relationships in consumer, BFSI, government, defense, and FMCG sectors.🔸Creative Storytelling:Champion branded content that blends Republic’s voice with client messaging through compelling storytelling and innovative formats.Desired Profile🔸Experience:6–14 years in Digital/CTV/OTT or Broadcast Ad Sales with strong client-facing exposure.🔸Leadership:Proven experience in team management, talent development, and fostering a collaborative work culture.🔸Expertise:Deep understanding of digital monetization, influencer marketing, social media PR, and emerging ad tech.🔸Strategic Thinking:Ability to conceptualize sellable IPs, analyze platform behavior, and identify integrated revenue opportunities.🔸Market Insight:Strong grasp of national and regional media trends, especially in high-growth digital states.🔸Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.🔸Cross-Functional Aptitude:Comfortable operating at the intersection of content, sales, marketing, and innovation.Qualifications 🎓🔸PGDM/MBA/PGPM preferred🔸Strong analytical and strategic mindset🔸Passion for digital media and content innovation
