About this role:We are seeking a skilled Employee Experience Coordinator, with strong experience in U.S. HR operations, to join our team.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that create a significant social impact while benefiting from professional development opportunities for long-term career growth.The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, enabling them to effectively manage and improve crucial HR functions.Key responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end onboarding logistics, managing employee changes, coordinating offboarding, serving as the first-line point of contact for HR inquiries, building and maintaining HR SOPs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, owning recurring compliance tasks, preparing recurring and ad-hoc HR metrics, partnering with payroll, supporting benefits enrollment, and safeguarding sensitive information.Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, three to five years of progressive HR generalist/administrative experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and remotely, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Benefits include the chance to engage with nationally respected teams in management consulting, social impact advisory, and technology services.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and be proficient in advanced Excel skills, inclusive of lookups, pivots, and formulas.
