**Job Summary:**We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Trainee to join our team. As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting all HR functions within a manufacturing environment. This includes assisting with daily operations, gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.About the Role:Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for factory and plant positions to ensure smooth running of plant.Maintain and update daily employee records, attendance, leaves, manpower, overtime, and other essential HR documentation for seamless payroll process.Maintain accurate data of the plant employees in the HRIS software.Maintain Contractor muster in excel to ensure precise HR compliances.Maintain master sheet of workers to ensure HR team has correct data.Maintain Personal file Form of New Workers & biometric system to ensure smooth HR compliance.Support all HR activities including recruitment, payroll, performance management, training programs, employee engagement, and maintenance of HR records, with a focus on a safe and productive factory environment for proper functioning of plant.Maintain food Coupons and Maintain Records in Register & Excel Sheet.Ensure canteen supervision, housekeeping monitoring, welfare activities to support the plant HR team to ensure employee engagement etc.Requirements:Graduate with MBA in HR.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Basic understanding of HR concepts and labour laws.Interpersonal & good communication Skills.Stakeholder Management.Analytical Skills.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Benefits:As an HR Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in HR, while also contributing to the success of our team.
