Job Title: HR Development ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Development Professional to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for factory and plant positions.Maintain and update daily employee records, attendance, leaves, manpower, overtime, and other essential HR documentation for seamless payroll processing.Maintain accurate data of the plant employees in the HRIS software.Maintain Contractor muster in excel to ensure precise HR compliances.Maintain master sheets of workers to ensure the HR team has correct data.Maintain Personal file Forms of New Workers & biometric systems to ensure smooth HR compliance.Support all HR activities including recruitment, payroll, performance management, training programs, employee engagement, and the maintenance of HR records.Qualifications and Experience:Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources or a related field.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Basic understanding of HR concepts and labor laws.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Professional development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
