Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Global Specialist/ Broadcast Buyer at Dentsu you will be responsible for bookings for the following media disciplines; TV, Cinema, Online Video and Audio/Radio. After a campaign has ended you need to send out Post Buys to our Planners. But in order to manage media bookings you need to understand the synergies and echo system between the above Media Disciplines. Base knowledge of TV & Radio & OLV is needed for this role.
The first couple of months you will learn how to register and invoice media bookings in Marathon (our financial tool). Another aspect in this role is to handle the creative material; create and tag copy codes on TV and Online Video. In addition, you need to check the budgets in our TV/Video tools against what has been ordered and invoiced in Marathon.
You need to make sure that the confirmations we receive from media owners match our bookings. On a regular basis, you need to check the status of our TV/Video campaigns to make sure they are delivering in accordance to the campaign specifications. You will also on a regular basis assist the department in providing TV & OLV data from our industry tool; ADVANTEDGE.

Directly communicates with clients and gather project requirement
• Design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) as required to support business needs
• Analyze, define requirements, develop and create documentation for dashboards
• Champion dashboard quality, consistency, usability and reliability by documenting and applying best practices to design and development
• Communicate project status updates and recommendations
• Define, execute and interpret SQL queries
• Establish standards and best practices for requesting, prioritizing and developing dashboarding.
Note: Candidate should be open to work in Night Shift.
