Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. If you have a love for coffee, great communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, including specialty and filter coffee.
  • Engage with customers warmly, providing exceptional service.
  • Manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in daily operations and maintaining the overall vibe of the cafe.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic management skills, including handling inventory and daily operations.
  • Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
